Paul T. Joseph, BA, JD, CPA
Mr. Joseph is a licensed CPA whose responsibilities include probate & estate planning, tax, finance, business creation and securities, as well as all general trial litigation.
Mr. Joseph has been in private practice since October, 1983. He has extensive experience in creating estates and trusts. Prior to founding Joseph & Associates PC, Mr. Joseph was employed by Deloite & Touche where he was a tax attorney in the "estate and trust" section of this big five accounting firm.
Mr. Joseph has also been a college level instructor with an emphasis on business law, accounting and finance. He is a former member of Governor Milliken's staff and worked as an auditor for various state departments. Mr. Joseph serves on numerous corporate boards and serves as advisory counsel to several Michigan corporations and charities.

Patrick J. Crowley, BS, JD
Mr. Crowley is responsible for all civil trial litigation, including probate & estate planning, construction law, family law, real estate, and creditor's rights. Mr. Crowley also prepares and argues civil cases in Mediation and Arbitration.
Before coming to Joseph & Associates, PC., Mr. Crowley clerked with one of the largest family law firms in Southern Ohio and worked as a legal intern for the University of Dayton Law Clinic and the Federal District for Southern Ohio while pursuing his JD. He later served as an Assistant Prosecutor handling both family and district courts and later as counsel in Kent, Ionia, and Montcalm counties handling criminal defense, family law, and other general litigation. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Crowley sits on the corporate board of a Michigan Credit Union.

Venu Yagalla, BA, MA, MA, JD
Mr. Yagalla is responsible for criminal law, landlord / tenant disputes, and other district & circuit court litigation. Mr. Yagalla is also in charge of appellate cases with J&A.
Before coming to Joseph & Associates, PC., Mr. Yagalla worked for the Attorney General's office, clerked for Ingham County Judge Beverly Nettles Nickerson and Chief Judge Patrick Cherry and also served with Judge Pamela McCabe as Court Appointed Council for the 55th District Court. In this capacity, Mr. Yagalla handled criminal and civil cases and served as a court appointed attorney for underprivileged clients.

James A. Norris, BA, JD
Mr. Norris is responsible for probate & estate planning and general litigation.
Prior to joining Joseph & Associates, PC., Mr. Norris attended Michigan State University and worked as a legal intern for several law firms in the Lansing Area while pursuing his BA in Political Science. After graduation, he stayed in the area and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State College of Law.

Christopher M. Kroll, BA, JD
Mr. Kroll is responsible for civil litigation matters that relate to real estate, probate and estate planning, and family law.
Prior to Joining Joseph & Associates, PC., Mr. Kroll clerked with various law offices in the greater Lansing area, including the Sixty Plus Elder law Clinic. Upon achieving membership into the State Bar of Michigan he was immediately hired by Joseph & Associates.
